死亡无畏的内隐测量及其在内隐自杀意念与自杀尝试间的调节作用

摘要
目的:探索死亡无畏的内隐测量方法,并检验内隐死亡无畏在内隐自杀意念与自杀尝试间的调节作用.方法:采用方便取样的方法招募45名一个月内有自杀意念的大学生,基线时间测量自杀想法及行为史、获得性自杀能力量表,并进行死亡无畏内隐联想测验、死亡/自杀内隐联想测验,一个月后随访测量自杀行为筛查问卷.结果:(1)不同自杀尝试史被试的内隐死亡无畏水平差异显著;(2)在内隐自杀意念对自杀尝试的作用中,内隐死亡无畏具有边缘显著的调节作用,表现为仅在内隐死亡无畏水平中与高的个体中,内隐自杀意念能够显著预测自杀尝试.结论:内隐死亡无畏能够显著区分不同自杀尝试史个体;内隐死亡无畏在内隐自杀意念到自杀尝试之间的作用需进一步探索.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the implicit measure of the fearlessness about death and examine its moderating effect in the mechanism from implicit suicide ideation to suicide attempt.Methods:The Fearlessness about Death IAT,Death/Suicide IAT,suicidal thoughts and behavior history,Suicidal Behavior Screening Questionnaire and Acquired Capability of Suicide Scale were measured in 45 suicidal college students.And a follow-up measurement was performed after one month.Results:(1)There were significant differences in implicit fearlessness about death;(2)In the mechanism from implicit sui-cide ideation to suicide attempt,there was a marginally significant moderating effect of implicit fearlessness about death,as implicit suicide ideation significantly predicted the suicide attempt only in individuals with medium and high levels of im-plicit fearlessness about death.Conclusion:The implicit fearlessness about death was able to significantly discriminate be-tween individuals with different suicidal thoughts and behavior history;the effect of implicit fearlessness in ideation-at-tempt mechanism needs to be further explored.
