摘要
目的:了解湖南省青少年创伤事件和创伤体检的现状及其在不同人群中的分布特征.方法:采用横断面设计,在湖南省十四市/州选取青少年为研究对象.对青少年的创伤事件、创伤体验、精神健康问题以及其他相关因素进行测量.结果:创伤事件的终生报告率和过去一年报告率分别为89.7％和69.5％.创伤体验为极重度的占比最高的是性侵犯/性骚扰事件(7.39％).女生、来自城市、父母的受教育程度低、家庭年收入＜3万元、教养方式为冷漠型、抽烟、饮酒、低体力活动、玩电子游戏＞4小时/天、有精神健康症状者心理创伤更高.结论:应重点关注报告率高及有严重创伤体验的创伤事件,识别高风险人群并提供有效的干预以预防和减轻心理创伤带来的影响.
Abstract
Objective:The aim of this study was to examine the prevalence of traumatic events and psychological trau-ma among adolescents,and to explore the distribution characteristics among different populations.Methods:This was a cross-sectional study of adolescents from junior or high school across Hunan province cities during November 2022 to May 2023.Adolescents'traumatic events,psychological trauma,mental health problems,and other related factors were mea-sured.Results:A total of 15105 adolescents were included in the final analysis,with lifetime and past year prevalence of 89.7％and 69.5％for at least one traumatic event,respectively.The single event with the highest proportion of psychologi-cal trauma as extremely severe was sexual assault/harassment(7.39％).Lifetime traumatic event prevalence and psychologi-cal trauma were higher in the group that was female,from an urban area,had parents with primary or below,had an annual household income＜30,000 CNY,did not reside with parents,had neglecting parenting styles,smoking,drinking,was lower physical activity,electronic games＞4 hours/day,and had mental health symptoms.Conclusion:The results indicated that attention should be focused on traumatic events with high prevalence and severe psychological trauma to identify the vulner-able subgroup and then develop appropriate interventions for adolescents.
