摘要
目的:探索自杀状态问卷(Suicide Status Form,SSF)在当前有自杀风险的中国临床样本中的信效度.方法:招募202名当前有自杀风险的门诊病人完成SSF的测量,并选取心理痛苦量表、压力知觉量表、UPPS冲动量表、Beck绝望感量表,自尊量表和Beck自杀意念量表作为SSF的心理痛苦、压力、激越、绝望感、自我厌恶和总体自杀风险条目的效标测量工具.结果:SSF的二因子结构拟合良好(x2/df=5.189/4,CFI=0.993,TLI=0.983,RMSEA=0.038,SRMR=0.025),两个因子的Cronbach's α系数为0.60和0.61.各条目与对应效标量表间的相关系数在0.22～0.64之间.SSF的心理痛苦、绝望感和自我厌恶条目可以预测最近一周的自杀意念和自杀倾向,心理痛苦条目可以预测是否有自杀未遂史.结论:SSF在当前具有自杀风险的中国临床样本中信效度良好,可以作为评估自杀干预有效性的工具.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the reliability and validity of the Suicide Status Form(SSF)in a Chinese clinical sample with current suicide risk.Methods:A sample of 202 outpatients with current suicide risk completed the SSF.The Psychache Scale,Perceived Stress Scale,UPPS Impulsive Scale,Beck Hopelessness Scale,Self-Esteem Scale,and Beck Scale for Suicidal Ideation were selected as criterion measurements.Results:The two-factors structure of the SSF had a good fit(x2/df=5.189/4,CFI=0.993,TLI=0.983,RMSEA=0.038,SRMR=0.025).The Cronbach's α coefficients for the two factors were 0.60 and 0.61.Correlation coefficients between SSF and corresponding criterion measurements ranged from 0.22 to 0.64(P＜0.01).The psychological pain,hopelessness,and self-hate predicted suicide ideation and suicide tendency at the current week,and psychological pain predicted the history of suicide attempt.Conclusion:The SSF showed good re-liability and validity in a Chinese clinical sample,indicating that it can be used to measure the effectiveness of suicide inter-ventions.
