目的:修订服药信念量表(艾滋病抗病毒治疗版)(BMQ-HAART),检验其在接受艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者中的信度和效度.方法:2023年4～5月,采用分层抽样的方法选择6个治疗点共602名正在接受抗病毒治疗的患者为对象实施BMQ-HAART测量.以4条目Morisky服药依从性量表、艾滋病治疗依从性自我效能感量表中文版为效标工具检验其效标效度,4周后随机选择50名参加过调查的患者进行量表重测.结果:经条目分析和探索性因素分析后删除条目18、19,条目13改为正向计分后归人必要性维度.修订版BMQ-HAART共17题,包含必要性和顾虑性两个维度.修订版 BMQ-HAART 的 CFA 拟合较好(x2/df=2.119,CFI=0.942,TLI=0.933,IFI=0.942,RMSEA=0.061,SRMR=0.061).多组验证性因素分析显示,修订版BMQ-HAART满足跨性别测量等值.修订版BMQ-HAART得分与各个效标量表得分均存在显著相关.修订版BMQ-HAART必要性和顾虑性维度Cronbach α系数分别为0.884和0.829,重测信度分别为0.800和0.763.结论:修订版BMQ-HAART在接受艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者中具有较好的适用性,可用于评估艾滋病患者服用抗病毒治疗药物的必要性和顾虑性信念.
Reliability and Validity of Beliefs about Medicines Questionnaire for Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy
Objective:To translate and revise the beliefs about medicine questionnaire-highly active antiretroviral therapy version(BMQ-HAART),and to examine its reliability and validity in people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA)who were receiving HAART.Methods:From April to May 2023,a total of 602 patients receiving HAART in 6 treatment sites were selected to implement BMQ-HAART measurement by stratified sampling.4-item Morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS-4)and Chinese version of the HIV treatment adherence self-efficacy scale(HIV-ASES-V2)were used as the correlation validity instruments,and 50 patients previously participating in the investigation were randomly selected for re-test 4 weeks later.Results:Item analysis and exploratory factor analysis indicated that items 18 and 19 should be deleted,and item 13 was recategorized into necessity dimension as straight forward scored.Revised BMQ-HAART contained 17 items,including two factors:necessity and concern.The confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good construct validity(x2/df=2.119,CFI=0.942,TLI=0.933,IFI=0.942,RMSEA=0.061,SRMR=0.061).Multi-group confirmatory factor analysis showed that the revised BMQ-HAART had strong measurement invariance across gender.Revised BMQ-HAART scores were significantly correlated with the criterion variables.The internal consistency reliability coefficient of the two dimen-sions were 0.884 and 0.829 respectively.The test-retest reliability of the two dimensions was 0.800 and 0.763 respectively.Conclusion:The revised BMQ-HAART demonstrated good applicability in PLWHA receiving HAART,which could be used to assess their necessity and concern about HAART.
