摘要
目的 了解我国医疗机构药品目录管理现况,分析存在的问题,提出规范药品目录管理的可行性建议,以期为各级医疗机构提供参考.方法 以《中国医疗机构药品目录管理评价指南》为参考,采用问卷调查法,对我国医疗机构目录管理现况进行评价,并对结果进行多重响应分析.结果 共发放问卷85份,回收有效问卷83份.按照指南,得分80分以上医疗机构数量为59家,占比71.08％,说明我国医疗机构药品目录管理整体水平良好,但也存在药品目录评估细则不完善、药事廉政监督组的设立不完全、基于单病种的分类统计分析功能未完全实现、以及对目录外应急采购药品性质重视度不足等问题.结论 重视医疗机构目录管理,完善药品目录评价制度和药品信息管理,不断提高药品目录管理水平,满足临床合理用药需求.
Abstract
AIM To understand the current situation of drug catalog management in medical institutions in China,analyze the existing problems,and propose feasible suggestions for standardizing drug catalog management,in order to provide reference for medical institutions at all levels.METHODS Using the"Guidelines for the Evaluation of Drug Catalog Management in Chinese Medical Institutions"as a reference,a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the current status of drug catalog management in medical institutions in China,and the results were analyzed by multiple response analysis.RESULTS A total of 85 questionnaires were distributed and 83 valid questionnaires were collected.According to the guidelines,the number of medical institutions with scores above 80 was 59,accounting for 71.08％,indicating that the overall level of drug catalog management in medical institutions in China was good.However,there were also problems such as incomplete drug catalog evaluation rules,incomplete establishment of drug integrity supervision groups,incomplete implementation of classification statistical analysis function based on individual diagnosis,and insufficient emphasis on the nature of emergency procurement of drugs outside the catalog.CONCLUSION Attention should be paid to the management in medical institutions,the evaluation system of drug catalogue and the management of drug information should be improved,and the management level of drug catalogue should be continuously improved to meet the needs of clinical rational drug use.
