摘要
目的 挖掘成人失眠合并慢性疾病患者用药之间的关联性,为提高用药合理性提供参考.方法 收集成人失眠合并慢性病患者的基本信息、共存疾病和失眠用药情况,采用Apriori关联算法对失眠患者合并慢性疾病及联合用药情况进行关联性分析.结果 失眠患者合并慢性疾病数为(8±2)种,失眠治疗药物中酒石酸唑吡坦片为最常用的西药,甜梦口服液为最常用的中成药.关联规则发现,合并疾病中排名第1位的是失眠合并胃炎;联合用药中,西药联合用药排名第1位的为艾司唑仑片联合酒石酸唑吡坦片;中成药联合用药排名第1位的为舒眠胶囊联合甜梦口服液;中西药联合用药排名第1位的为酒石酸唑吡坦片联合甜梦口服液.结论 失眠患者年龄较大且合并多种慢性疾病,存在联合使用多种治疗失眠药物的情况.治疗期间需关注患者个体化情况,选择最佳失眠治疗方案.
Abstract
AIM To explore the correlation between medications used by adult patients with insomnia and chronic diseases,providing reference for improving the rationality of medication use.METHODS Basic information,coexisting diseases,and medication for insomnia of adult patients with insomnia and chronic diseases were collected.The Apriori association algorithm was used to analyze the correlation between chronic diseases combined with insomnia and the situation of combined medication use.RESULTS The number of chronic diseases combined with insomnia in patients was(8±2).Among the insomnia treatment drugs,zolpidem tartrate tablets were the most commonly used Western medicine,and Tianmeng oral liquid was the most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The association rules showed that insomnia combined with gastritis was the most common combined condition.The association rules found that the first-ranked combined disease was insomnia combined with gastritis.In the combined use of Western medicines,the first-ranked was the combination of estazolam tablets and zolpidem tartrate tablets.In the combined use of TCMs,the first-ranked was the combination of Shumian capsules and Tianmeng oral liquid.In the combined use of Chinese and Western medicines,the first-ranked was the combination of zolpidem tartrate tablets and Tianmeng oral liquid.CONCLUSION Insomnia patients tend to be older and often have a variety of chronic diseases,along with using multiple medications for sleep disorders.During the treatment,it is necessary to pay attention to the individualization of patients and choose the best insomnia treatment plan.
