摘要
目的 对社区医院阿司匹林肠溶片的门诊用药特征进行分析,为临床安全、合理用药提供参考依据.方法 纳入2022年8月至2023年7月门诊使用阿司匹林肠溶片的病例20463例,利用医院信息系统收集病例性别、年龄、临床诊断、用药剂量、用药频次、用药天数和用药金额等信息,分析阿司匹林肠溶片的用药特征.结果 20 463例使用阿司匹林肠溶片病例中,男性11 085例(占54.17%),年龄(70.55±9.29)岁;女性9 378例(占45.83%),年龄(72.47±8.88)岁.60~79岁的病例占比最高(占74.69%),其次为≥ 80岁的病例(占17.31%).20 463例病例共涉及46 350个诊断,其中冠心病(占24.37%)、高血压(占20.64%)、2型糖尿病(占8.05%)和高脂血症(占4.37%)占比较高.所有患者的每日平均用药剂量与药品说明书相符,药物利用指数均≤1.0.日均用药费用为0.52元.结论 社区医院中60岁以上患者是阿司匹林肠溶片的主要使用人群.阿司匹林肠溶片的使用成本较低,门诊使用情况基本与药品说明书相符.临床用药前需警惕潜在用药风险.
Abstract
AIM To analyze the outpatient medication characteristics of enteric-coated aspirin tablets in community hospitals to provide reference for safe and rational clinical medication.METHODS The hospital information system was used to collect 20 463 patients who used enteric-coated aspirin tablets in the outpatient department from August 2022 to July 2023.The information on sex,age,clinical diagnosis,dosage,frequency of drug use,days of drug use and amount of drug use were collected,and the drug use characteristics of enteric-coated aspirin tablets were analyzed.RESULTS Among 20 463 patients using enteric-coated aspirin tablets,11 085 patients(54.17%)were male,with an average age of 70.55 years,and a standard deviation of 9.29 years.There were 9 378 female patients(45.83%)with an average age of 72.47 years,and a standard deviation of 8.88 years.The highest proportion of patients was among those aged 60 to 79 years,accounting for 74.69%,followed by patients greater than or equal to 80 years old(17.31%).Out of 20,463 patients,there were 46,350 diagnoses,with coronary heart disease(24.37%),hypertension(20.64%),type 2 diabetes mellitus(8.05%),and hyperlipidemia(4.37%)being prevalent.The daily dosage of all patients was consistent with the drug instructions,and the drug utilization index was not greater than 1.0.The average daily drug cost was 0.52 yuan.CONCLUSION Patients over 60 years old are the main users of enteric-coated aspirin tablets.The cost of using enteric-coated aspirin tablets is low,and the outpatient use is basically consistent with the drug instructions.Potential medication risks should be taken into consideration before clinical medication.
