Ganoderma hyphae polysaccharides is one of the main active ingredients of Ganoderma. This experiment took alcohol heavy water extract Ganoderma hyphae polysaccharide, and then determined Ganoderma hyphae polysaccharide content of various different strains in seed with anthrone-sulfuric acid method. The results showed that： All kinds of Ganoderma hyphae polysaccharide content were higher first level than secondary, secondary higher than the thirds the Ganoderma hyphae polysaccharide content were higher wild than artificial cultivation in first level and secondary;The Ganoderma hyphae polysaccharide content of wild than artificial cultivation were similar in third level, even the artificial cultivation was more that some of the wild.
