在已筛选出欧洲花楸U S‐05为哈尔滨地区绿化和药用多用途优良种源的前期研究基础上，通过对欧洲花楸U S‐05的30个单株的生长节律、开花结实情况、果实成分的测定与分析和抗寒性研究，并经过初选、复选、决选3个步骤的优树筛选。结果表明：优良种源欧洲花楸 U S‐05的优树中，单株U S‐05‐01的年平均高生长量、平均坐果率、种子千粒质量、单果平均直径、果实可溶性总糖、总黄酮和芦丁含量均显著高于其他单株，分别达到95．5cm、73．73％、3．81g、12．18mm、6．508％、1．7023％和7．486744μg／mL ，从而筛选出单株US‐05‐01为优良种源欧洲花楸U S‐05的优树，为后续建立花楸优良无性系提供基础研究。
Plus Tree Selection of the Main Planting Sorbus pohuashanesis Fruit in Harbin
The study screened out the US‐05 from five Sorbus pohuashanesis species which for multipurpose prove‐nance such as gardening and medicinal etc .in Harbin .Base on the research ,30 plants of the US‐05 has been meas‐ured on their growth rhythm ,flowering ,seed setting ,measurement and analysis of fruit ingredient ,and cold toler‐ance which through original slelection ,multiple slelction ,and detrminative selection of three‐step screening for plus tree .The results showed that:the indicators of US‐05‐01 were all significantly higher than the others ,such as the average annual increment of height ,the average fruit‐bearing rate ,thousand grain weight ,the average of fruit diam‐eter ,total soluble sugar ,total flavonoids and rutin ,respectively reached at 95 .5cm ,73 .73% ,3 .81g ,12 .18mm , 6 .508% ,1 .7023% and 7 .486744μg/mL .Thereby screened out the US‐05‐01 as plus tree in the US‐05 optimal provenance ,which would provided the basic research on established Sorbus pohuashanesis Excellent clones .
