白灵菇代谢液对番茄早疫病菌抑制效果研究

通过番茄早疫病菌(链格孢菌)在含不同浓度白灵菇代谢液的PDA培养中的生长及黑色素分泌情况,鉴定白灵菇代谢液对植物病原性真菌的生防抑制效果。以不同浓度白灵菇液体培养液添加至PDA培养基为实验组,以PDA培养基为对照组,分别接种活化的链格孢菌恒温培养,每隔7 d测量培养皿内病菌菌落直径,同时观察病菌黑色素生成量,共测量3次。结果表明:与PDA培养基对照比较,白灵菇代谢液对链格孢菌的生长抑菌效果极显著,同时对链格孢菌黑色素有极显著降解效果,说明白灵菇菌液对链格孢菌的生长有显著抑制效果,且对链格孢菌黑色素有持续降解作用。证实白灵菇对番茄早疫病的生物防治效果具有生产应用价值。
The Inhibitory Effect of the Metabolites of Pleurotus Nebrodensis on Alternaria
To identify the growth of early blight bacteria of tomato(Alternaria)in PDA culture with different concen-trations and the secretion of melanin.Methods:The liquid culture medium of different concentrations was added to PDA medium as the experimental group,PDA medium as the control group,the activated Alternaria was inoculated with constant temperature,the colony diameter of the bacteria in the plate was measured every 7 days,and the a-mount of melanin from the bacteria was observed for three times.The results showed that compared with the PDA medium,the metabolic liquid of mushroom mushroom had a significant effect on the growth inhibition of Alternaria,and the degradation effect of Alternaria,and the continuous degradation effect of melanin.It is proved that the effect of biological control on tomato early blight.
