摘要
以内蒙古兴安盟地区种植的山杏为研究对象,通过叶面喷施脱落酸、6-BA、3-吲哚乙酸、对氨基苯甲酸 4 种植物生长调节剂,系统研究了喷施施用浓度、不同处理时期对山杏叶绿素荧光参数的影响,间接反映其抗寒能力高低.实验结果表明:叶片喷施生长调节剂比对照抗寒效果显著提高,6-BA对提高山杏叶片抗寒能力方面效果最为明显,喷施浓度以 100 mg/L为佳,9 月上旬处理效果最佳.
Abstract
The Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Prunus armeniaca in Xingan League were studied under differ-ent application concentration and different stages by various plant growth regulating substances(ABA,6-BA,IAA,PABA).The variation of cold hardiness was evaluated indirectly.The results showed that the effect of(6-Benzyl-aminopurine)6-BA on increasing the cold hardiness of Prunus armeniaca leaves was most obvious in the four rea-gents.The best application concentration was 6-BA 100 mg/L.The best treatment stage was in earlier-September.
