以毛白杨试管苗带芽茎段为外植体,以 MS 为基本培养基,附加不同浓度的 6-BA 或 IBA 和不同浓度的NAA。分析不同浓度的 6-BA、IBA和NAA分别对外植体启动、增殖和生根的影响,以及不同激素组合分别对外植体启动、增殖和生根的影响,探究最佳的启动培养基、分化培养基和生根培养基。结果表明:启动培养基以 MS+6-BA0。5 mg/L+NAA 0。1 mg/L为最佳启动培养基;生根培养基以MS+IBA0。2 mg/L+NAA 0。1 mg/L为最佳生根培养基;分化培养基以 MS+6-BA1。0 mg/L+NAA 0。1 mg/L为最佳分化培养基,但与理论结果不符,需要进一步实验研究。

This study select stem segments with buds of as explants,MS as the basic medium with 6-BA or IBA and NAA of different concentration.Analysis the effects on explants'starting,proliferation,rooting with different con-centration of 6-BA、IBA and NAA,and the effect of different hormone combination on the starting,proliferation,rooting of explants,exploration the best initial medium,differentiation medium and rooting medium.The result shows:The best rooting medium is MS+IBA0.2 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L.The best differentiation medium is MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L.The best initial medium is MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L.But the result a-bove do not match the theory that reported,needs studying further.
