摘要
蒲公英是一种药食兼用植物,易于种植、易存活、无病害.含有黄酮、甾醇、多糖、酚类、有机酸、生物碱等较为复杂的化学成分,具有极高的研究价值和开发前景.对近年来有关蒲公英的化学成分、药用、饮品食品、保鲜、饲用的应用方面的研究进展进行综述,以期能够为蒲公英得到更为广泛的应用提供更多的参考依据.
Abstract
Dandelion is a medicinal and edible plant.Easy to plant,easy to survive,disease-free.It contains some complex chemical components such as flavonoids,sterols,polysaccharides,phenols,organic acids,alkaloids,etc..In this paper,the research progress of chemical composition,medicine,food,fresh-keeping and feed application of Dandelion in recent years was reviewed,in order to provide more references for the application of Dandelion.
