花榈木实生苗对低温胁迫处理的响应

研究花榈木的抗寒适应性,分别进行不同低温、不同时间处理花榈木实生苗,结果表明:低温处理程度不同,花榈木实生苗形态发生不同的变化,生理指标不同变化趋势也不同,电导率和花青素表现出逐渐增高的趋势,叶绿素则表现为先增加后降低的趋势,说明花榈木有一定的耐寒性,今后应研究低温处理后苗木生长的变化,以便更好服务栽培管理。
Response of Ormosia henryi Prain Seedlings to Cold Stress
Ormosia henryi Prain seedlings were treated by different time under a certain cold temperature and differ-ent temperature to study their cold resistance.Results showed that morphological characteristics of seedlings were different at different degrees of cold temperature treatments,and different physiological indicators tendency were dif-ferent,conductivity and concentration of anthocyanin of seedlings leaf increased with cold degree,however,concen-tration of chlorophyll of seedlings leaf increased firstly and then decreased,this indicated that seedlings has certain degree cold resistance,and it is need to study growth variation of seedlings for its plantation.
