Research Progress of Medicinal Value and Product Development of Selenium-Rich Edible Fungi
Selenium is an essential trace element in the human body that can only be obtained from the outside world.Selenium rich edible mushrooms have higher medicinal value than ordinary edible mushrooms,and there is a large development space for selenium rich edible mushroom related products.This article reviews the medicinal value of selenium rich edible mushrooms in terms of antioxidant,hypoglycemic,anti-tumor properties,and the current de-velopment status of related products,in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of selenium rich edible mushrooms.
