In ancient China, the mainland scholars used simple and general terms such as Remote Place and Uncivilized Region to describe and write about the frontier and remote regions. These terms also used to describe the general perception of Tubo and Tibet after the Tubo period.Since the Tang Dynasty, the percep-tion of the ethnic groups activated on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau had gradually undergone a marked change, resulting in the gradual removal of Tibet from the general perception of Remote Place. After Tibet was incor-porated into the ruling territory of the central dynasty, the textual writing about Tibet of the Inland Scholars became richer and more diverse.General social knowledge continued to be inherited and disseminated, and the content related to Tibetan religion grew and occupied a more prominent position. In the history of the de-velopment of the Chinese Nation, the evolution of the perception of Tibet from Remote Place to Territory re-flects the Tibet gradually integrated with the inland, and the Tibetan social evolution and development gradu-ally integrated into the pattern of the development of the Chinese National Community.
