This paper studies eight kinds of Western Regions coins described by Xu and Guo Su in Quanzhi(Records of coins)-Foreign Coins Volume,and concludes that Feng Siye got these coins from the Suiye War between Wuzhou and Tubo in 700.The Samarkand coin described by Xu is actually the"[year]77"silver coin of Khorāsān Tegin King minted in 696,with Islamic chronology.Kucha Wuzhu should be still in circulation at last until 700.The Tubo coin described by Xu and Guo Su actually is the Turgesh coin which should be used at first before 700.Turgesh had declared itself Khan before 700.Wutuo was roughly located in Semiryechye or Transoxiana,and its regime existed from 700 to 739 at least.
