白檀油的理化性质及其制备生物柴油的研究

研究了白檀油的理化性质和以该油制备生物柴油的工艺.结果表明:白檀出油率为20.0%;白檀油是以含棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸为主的油脂,其中不饱和脂肪酸质量分数高达76.74%以上;白檀油脂理化性质、脂肪酸组成及质量分数符合生物柴油要求;应用L9(34)正交试验得出白檀油酯交换反应的最佳条件为:油醇物质的量比1:6、催化剂用量为油质量的1.2%、反应时间2 h、反应温度60 ℃,转化率为92.0%.对生物柴油性能检测表明,它与O#柴油的主要性能相接近,是一种理想的O#柴油的替代品.
Physiochemical properties of Symplocos paniculata oil and the preparing technics for bio - diesel were studied in this paper. The results showed the oil yield of seeds: 20.0%. The oil is a grease mainly containing palmitc acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid. Mass fraction of unsaturated fatty acids is up to 76.74%. Physiochemical properties ,compositions and mass fraction of fatty acid of the oils is consistent with the bio - diesel standards. The optimum conditions of esterification with pistacia chinensis bunge oil obtained by L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal experiments: the amount ratio of substance of oil to methanol is 1: 6, dosage of catalyst is 1.2%, reaction time 2 h, reaction temperature 60 ℃ ,conversion 92%. The bio- diesel performance index are close to No. 0 diesel,so it is a sort of ideal substitute for No. 0 diesel.
