超声波辅助法提取山核桃油的研究

山核桃油中不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富,是一种功能性油脂.试验采用超声波辅助法提取山核桃油,研究超声波处理参数,提取溶剂、液料比、提取时间对超声提取山核桃油的影响.结果表明,正己烷是较理想的山核桃油提取溶剂;适当增加溶剂量、提取时间、超声波功率,山核桃油得率随之增加;超声波辅助提取山核桃油的最佳提取条件为:波料比为7:l(mL:g),超声功率为646 W,超声时间为64 min,山核桃油得率为51.5%.超声波辅助提取是一种有效的油脂提取方法.
Study on Extracting Technics of Walnut Oil Assisted by Ultrasonic Wave
Walnut oil with rich unsaturated fatty acids is a kind of functional oil. The effects of several ultrasonic processing parameters, such as extraction solvent, liquid - feed ratio and extraction time on the extraction of Walnut oil were investigated assisted by ultrasonic wave. The results indicated that n - hexane was the better solvent of all in extracting walnut oil. The yield of Walnut oil was increased with the increase of solvent quantity, extraction time and ultrasonic power. The optimum conditions were as follows;the ratio of liquid to feed in mass was 7:1 (mL: g) ,extraction time was 64 min and the ultrasound power was 646.40 W. Under the conditions,the oil extraction rate was 51. 5%. Obviously, the oil extraction assisted by ultrasonic wave is an efficient method.
