6种植物精油体外抑菌活性及抗氧化能力的比较研究

摘要
植物精油具有较强的抑菌和抗氧化作用,已成为替代抗生素使用的新型饲料添加剂,在饲料中具有广泛的应用前景.本实验研究了百里香酚、香芹酚、丁香酚、香兰素、肉桂醛及桉叶油等6种常见的植物精油对大肠杆菌、肠炎沙门氏菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌及产气荚膜梭菌的抑菌效果,测定了它们对D PPH自由基、ABTS自由基和超氧阴离子的清除率,并利用铁氰化钾法分析了 6种植物精油还原力的大小,然后选择抑菌及抗氧化能力综合效果较好的2种植物精油进行复合,研究复合精油的抑菌和抗氧化效果.结果表明,百里香酚和肉桂醛具有较强的抑菌活性和自由基清除能力,且最佳复配比例是1∶1.
Abstract
Plant essential oil(PEO)possesses strong antibacterial and antioxidant effects,having become a new feed additive to replace antibiotics and has a wide application prospect in feed.In this study,the antibacterial effects of thymol,carvacrol,eugenol,vanillin,cinnamaldehyde and eucalyptus oil on Escherichia coli,Salmonella enteriti-dis,Salmonella typhimurium and Clostridium perfringens were investigated.The radical scavenging activity of PEO on DPPH,ABTS and superoxide anions were measured,and reducing power of PEO was analyzed by potassium ferricya-nide method.Two PEO with better antibacterial and antioxidant effects were selected to obtain the optimal mixture ra-tio.The results indicated that thymol and cinnamaldehyde had strong antibacterial activity and free radical scavenging ability,and the optimal combination ratio was 1∶1.
