不同种玉米淀粉在杜仲精油中的应用研究

为创新杜仲精油的给药途径,本实验以生物法制备的玉米淀粉为基础,通过酶法制备多孔淀粉和醇法制备V型结晶淀粉,再分别与杜仲精油复合制备杜仲粉末精油,对比研究了不同种玉米淀粉在杜仲精油中的应用情况.结果显示,多孔玉米淀粉与杜仲精油的复合指数为44%,明显高于其他2种玉米淀粉;结晶性质表明所有的粉末精油都在20.5°的2θ处出现新的吸收峰,说明了复合形成了新的V型结构,其中多孔玉米淀粉粉末精油的强度较其他2种粉末精油更强;热力学性质中的焓值增加也说明了复合物形成了新的化学结构,其中多孔玉米淀粉粉末精油的焓值是最高的;红外扫描中出现新的特征峰进一步证实了玉米淀粉粉末精油产生了新的化学键,其中多孔玉米淀粉粉末精油显示出最强的吸收峰.
The use of traditional Chinese medicine essential oil(TCEO)is mainly for external application,hence the choice of dosage form and the manner of use are very restricted.In order to innovate the route of adminis-tration of eucommia essential oil,in this experiment,based on the corn starch prepared by biological method,the porous starch was prepared by enzyme method and the V-type crystalline starch was prepared by alcohol method,and then the eucommia powder essential oil was prepared by compounding with eucommia essential oil respectively,and the application of different kinds of corn starch in eucommia essential oil was comparatively investigated.The re-sults indicated that the composite index of porous corn starch and eucommia essential oil was 44%,significantly high-er than that of the other two kinds of corn starch;the crystalline properties indicated that all the powder essential oils showed new absorption peaks at 2θ of 20.5°,indicating that the composite formed a new V-type structure,in which the porous corn starch powder essential oil was stronger than that of the other two kinds of powder essential oils;and the increase of enthalpy in the thermodynamic properties also indicated that the composite formed a new chemical structure,in which the enthalpy of the porous corn starch powder essential oil was the highest;the ap-pearance of new characteristic peaks in the infrared scan further confirmed that the corn starch powder essential oils produced new chemical bonds,in which the porous corn starch powder essential oil showed the strongest absorption peak.
