气相色谱-三重串联四级杆串联质谱法快速测定花生油中16种邻苯二甲酸酯

摘要
建立了气相色谱-三重串联四级杆质谱法测定花生中16种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)含量的方法.花生油样品通过正己烷饱和乙腈提取,通过浓缩复溶,采用气相色谱-三重串联四级杆质谱的多反应监测模式(MRM)进行定性定量分析.结果表明,16种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)在0.02～1.00 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99;回收率在80.3％～109.6％之间,平行测定6次相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.4％～9.4％;检出限在0.6～15.0 μg/kg范围,定量限在1.8～45.0 μg/kg范围.该方法与GB 5009.271-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定》相比,结合了气相色谱-三重串联四级杆串联质谱抗干扰性强的特点,舍去了固相萃取净化步骤,前处理过程更为简单,适合批量花生油样品16种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)筛查以及定性定量快速分析.
Abstract
A gas chromatography-triple tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of 16 phthalate esters(PAEs)in peanut oil.Peanut oil samples were extracted with n-hexane saturat-ed acetonitrile,concentrated and redissolved,and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed using a multi reaction mo-nitoring mode(MRM)using gas chromatography triple tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry.The results indicated that 16 phthalate esters(PAEs)had a good linear relationship within the range of 0.02～1.00 μg/mL,with correla-tion coefficients greater than 0.99.The detection limit was between the range of 0.6～15.0 μg/kg,with a quantifi-cation limit in the range of 1.8～45.0 μg/kg.Compared with the national standard GB 5009.271-2016 National Food Safety Standard-Determination of Phthalate Esters in Foods,this method combined the strong anti-interfer-ence characteristics of gas chromatography-triple tandem quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry,eliminated the solid-phase extraction purification step,and made the pre-treatment process simpler.It was suitable for screening 16 types of phthalate esters(PAEs)in batch peanut oil samples and rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis.
