Study on Numerical Simulation of Local Heating Temperature Field of Grain Piles in Underground Grain Silos
In order to investigate the influence of local heating temperature field of grain piles in underground grain silos,the numerical simulation method was used to simulate the local heating of grain piles by adding internal heat source to underground grain piles,and the change of internal temperature of grain piles under different internal heat source numbers and surface temperature were studied.The results indicated that when the central sampling point of the grain piles heated up,the temperature above the heat source was obviously higher than that below the heat source in the same radius,and the secondary heat source was easily generated in the upper part of the grain pile;when the local heating were located in the right side of grain pile near the silo wall and the grain loading line,and the center of the loading line,secondary heat source was easily generated in the lower left part of grain pile;when the lo-cal heating were located in the right side of grain pile near the silo wall and the grain loading line,left side of grain pile cling to silo wall and grain loading line,and the center of the loading line,secondary heat source was easily gen-erated in the lower part of grain pile.When the heat source temperature was 45 ℃,the internal temperature of the grain piles was obviously higher than that when the heat source temperature was 35 ℃.
