Research Progress on Prevention and Control Technology of Mycotoxins in Grain,Oil,and Its Processing By-products Based on the Whole Industry Chain
Mycotoxins are toxic metabolites produced by molds during growth,and how to prevent and control mycotoxin contamination throughout the whole industrial chain of grain cultivation,storage and transportation,pro-cessing and utilization is a difficult problem for the food and feed industry.So far,although there are technical meas-ures to prevent and control or partially remove mycotoxins,an integrated strategy for multiple stages of food produc-tion,processing and utilization will better prevent and control the risk of contamination.In this paper,the current de-velopment of breeding control,field management control,storage control,processing detoxification,and development of detoxification agents was reviewed,so as to promote the research and application of mycotoxin prevention and con-trol technologies throughout the whole industrial chain.
