摘要
糖尿病和肥胖症危害着人体的健康,且发病率在逐年增加.因此如何预防和治疗糖尿病和肥胖症已经成为了亟待解决的重要问题.谷物中富含具有生物活性的酚类化合物,可分为黄酮类和非黄酮类化合物,具有抗氧化、降糖降脂、抗炎等作用.近年来谷物多酚类化合物降糖降脂效果显著,其机理也被进一步阐明.文章从多酚通过调节代谢酶活性、抑制氧化应激、改善糖脂代谢紊乱、加速机体能量消耗、调控信号通路、调节肠道菌群等因素来起到降糖降脂的效果,论述了谷物多酚降糖降脂的机制和对高脂高糖老鼠模型中起到的降糖降脂作用,以期为谷物多酚在防控糖尿病和肥胖症方面的应用提供参考.
Abstract
Diabetes and obesity endanger human health,and the incidence rate is increasing year by year.Therefore,how to prevent and treat diabetes and obesity has become an important problem to be solved.Grains are rich in bioactive phenolic compounds,they can be divided into flavonoid and non-flavonoid compounds,and have antioxidant,hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering,anti-inflammatory and other effects.In recent years,grain polyphenols have shown significant effects in lowering blood sugar and lipids,and their mechanisms have been further elucidated.In this article,the effects of polyphenols on lowering blood sugar and lipids were discussed by regulating metabolic enzyme activity,inhibiting oxidative stress,improving glucose and lipid metabolism disorders,accelerating energy consumption,regulating signaling pathways and regulating gut microbiota,the mechanism of grain polyphenols in re-ducing blood sugar and lipid,and the role of grain polyphenols in reducing blood sugar and lipid were discussed in the model of high-fat and high-glucose mice,to provide reference for the application of plant polyphenols in the prevention and control of diabetes and obesity.
