多杀霉素综合防治储粮害虫技术研究

多杀霉素是一种绿色、安全、高效的储粮防护剂。针对已入仓粮食粮堆表层施药难的问题,开发了与储粮防护剂粉剂配套使用的粮堆表层自动施药设备,解决了防护剂在粮仓表层施药不均匀、使用不方便、施药效率低等难题,降低了药剂使用成本。研制的设备能在粮面以下30 cm深度均匀喷雾粉剂,完成1个1000 t稻谷仓或小麦仓网格化的粮面施药,所需时间为3~4 h。进一步研究确定0。5%多杀霉素粉剂按有效剂量1。0 mg/kg或以上使用,对主要仓储害虫谷蠹、玉米象和赤拟谷盗成虫的防治效果良好。在我国中、高温高湿储粮区高大平房仓稻谷储藏中开展了多杀霉素防治储粮害虫应用技术与磷化氢熏蒸技术、准低温储粮技术的组合应用研究及推广。结果显示,多杀霉素粉剂在高大平房仓内对米象、赤拟谷盗等储粮害虫发生时间和发生数量均有一定的抑制作用,可有效地控制害虫发生。多杀霉素粉剂按有效剂量1 mg/kg表层拌粮配合磷化铝熏蒸和空调控温,对基本无虫粮稻谷的有效防护时间接近2年,防护期内减少了熏蒸次数,且对储粮品质基本无影响。多杀霉素表层拌粮不能防控粮堆中下层的害虫,与熏蒸技术、准低温储粮技术组合,在基本无虫粮的粮仓能延长对害虫防效。
Development Integration Application Technology of Spinosad to Control Stored Grain Pests
Spinosad is a green,safety and efficient protection agent for grain storage.In view of the bottleneck problem of the surface application of grain pile in national grain reserve,the automatic surface layer application e-quipment for the surface application of grain pile with spinosad and other grain storage protective agent powder was developed,which solved the problems of uneven application,inconvenient use and low application efficiency of the protective agent in the surface of large warehouse and reduced the use cost of the agent.The developed equipment can spray powder at a depth of 30 cm below the grain surface,and complete the grid application of grain surface in a 1000-ton rice or wheat warehouse within 3~4 h.Further study confirmed that 0.5% spinosad powder used at an effective dose of 1.0 mg/kg or above has a good effect on control the main storage pests,the adult and larva of Rice weevil,Rhyzopertha dominica and Tribolium castaneum.The combined application and popularization of spinosad con-trol technology,phosphine fumigation technology and low temperature grain storage technology have been carried out in the medium temperature,high temperature and high humidity grain storage area in China.The results indicated that spinosad powder had a certain inhibitory effect on the occurrence time and quantity of the stored grain pests such as Rice weevil,Rhyzopertha dominica and Tribolium castaneum and so on,which could effectively control the occur-rence of the pests and had a good continuous control effect on the pests.According to the effective dose of 1 mg/kg surface mixed grain with aluminum phosphide fumigation and air temperature control,the effective protection time of basically insect-free rice was close to 2 years,the number of fumigations was reduced during the protection period,and the quality of stored grain was basically not affected.Combining with fumigation technology and low temperature grain storage technology,spinosad could prolong the pest control effect in basically insect-free warehouse.
