ZrO2-ZSM-5的制备及催化大豆油环氧化的研究

本研究采用浸渍法和离子交换法制备了ZrO2-ZSM-5,通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM对该催化剂进行了表征,并探究了催化剂煅烧温度、煅烧时间、ZrO2/ZSM-5质量比等对其在水力空化条件下催化大豆油环氧化反应中催化活性的影响.研究表明催化剂的适宜制备条件为:煅烧温度500℃、煅烧时间3 h、ZrO2与ZSM-5质量比为1.2∶1.0.利用该制备条件下得到的ZrO2-ZSM-5催化大豆油环氧化,环氧油的环氧值达到5.91%,表明催化剂能有效地提升环氧化反应效果.
Preparation of ZrO2-ZSM-5 and Its Catalytic Study of Soybean Oil Epoxidation
In this study,ZrO2-ZSM-5 was prepared by impregnation and ion-exchange methods,and the catalyst was characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM and the effects of calcination temperature,calcination time,and the mass ratio of ZrO2/ZSM-5 on the catalytic activity of catalytic catalysts in the catalytic epoxidation reaction of soybean oil under hydrodynamic cavitation conditions were investigated.The study revealed that the catalyst was suit-able for the preparation of soybean oil epoxidation reaction.It was shown that the suitable preparation conditions of the catalyst were:calcination temperature of 500 ℃,calcination time of 3 h,and the mass ratio of ZrO2 to ZSM-5 of 1.2∶1.0.The epoxy value of epoxidized oil reached 5.91% by using the ZrO2-ZSM-5 catalyzed soybean oil ep-oxidation obtained under the preparation conditions,indicating that the catalyst could effectively enhance the epoxida-tion reaction effect.
