信息技术在粮食多式联运系统中的应用与展望

粮食作为国计民生的重要物资,其稳定、高效的运输对于保障国家粮食安全具有至关重要的意义.本文从多式联运高效衔接技术、路径优化、信息共享、一体化监控平台等方面阐述了多式联运信息化发展现状,并针对信息技术在粮食多式联运方面的应用以及现存问题,提出了一种基于北斗/5 G和SPC的粮食多式联运粮情动态监测的方法.利用北斗+5G融合定位以及北斗短报文通信方式,弥补了运输车辆在室内、城市密集区等复杂环境下的精准定位和通信的不足.通过设置粮情状态判定规则结合下位机传感器采集数据进行分析,绘制SPC动态控制图,在实现对粮情状态实时监控的同时,可通过观测数据波动情况预测潜在风险,提前干预,减少粮食在途损耗.最终,为未来打造粮食多式联运高效衔接一体化智能监管平台提供支撑.
Application and Perspectives of Information Technology in Multimodal Transportation Systems for Grain
As an important material for national economy and people's livelihood,the stable and efficient trans-portation of grain is of vital significance for guaranteeing national food security.In this paper,the current develop-ment status of multimodal transportation information technology was described from the aspects of efficient multimodal transportation connection technology,path optimization,information sharing,and integrated monitoring platform,and a method of dynamic monitoring of multimodal transportation of grain based on Beidou/5 G and SPC was proposed for the application of information technology in multimodal transportation of grain as well as the existing problems.The use of Beidou+5 G fusion positioning and Beidou short message communication made up for the lack of accurate posi-tioning and communication in complex environments,such as indoor and dense urban areas of transportation vehicles.By setting the rules for determining the state of grain combined with the analysis of the data collected by the sensor of the lower computer and drawing the SPC dynamic control chart,while realizing the real-time monitoring of the state of grain,it can predict the potential risks through the fluctuation of the observed data,intervene in advance,and re-duce the loss of grain in transit.Eventually,it will provide support for the future creation of an integrated intelligent supervisory platform for efficient intermodal transportation of grain.
