摘要
目的: 评价红蓝光联合倒模治疗轻中度痤疮的疗效和安全性. 方法: 96例轻中度痤疮患者随机分为实验组( 50例)和对照组( 46例). 实验组采用红蓝光照射联合倒模治疗;对照组仅用倒模治疗,每周2次,4周后采用痤疮综合分级系统( GAGS)评价疗效,同时观察不良反应. 结果: 实验组和对照组有效率分别为88.00%和47.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组均无明显不良反应. 结论: 红蓝光联合倒模治疗轻中度痤疮安全有效.
Abstract
Objective: To assess the therapeutic effect of red and blue light phototherapy combined with medicated mask in the treatment of mild and moderate acne. Methods: Ninety six patients were divided into two groups randomly. Fifty patients in the experiment group were treated with medicated mask combined with red and blue light. Forty six patients in the control group were treated with medicated mask only. The therapeu-tic effect was assessed by global acne grading system ( GAGS) before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rates of the experiment group and control group were 88.00% and 47.83% respectively, with a signifi-cant difference ( P<0.01) . There were no significant side effects in both groups. Conclusion: Red and blue light phototherapy combined with medicated mask is safe and effective in the treatment of mild and moderate acne.
