Research progress on the role of exosomes in inflammatory skin diseases
Exosomes are cell-derived vesicles ranging in size from 30-150nm and containing proteins,lip-ids,nucleic acids and other substances.They are a crucial factor involved in the maintenance of skin immune homeostasis and pathologic changes,regulating the onset and development of inflammatory skin diseases.In this paper,we review the role of exosomes in the pathogenesis of related inflammatory skin diseases and ex-plores the value of exosomes in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases.
