Monkeypox complicated with AIDS and syphilis:a case report
A 25-year-old male presented with fever and pustules for 4 weeks.The samples of skin rash scab,pustular fluid,nasopharyngeal swab and blood were tested by RT-PCR and positive for monkeypox vi-rus(West African branch).The patient,who has sex with men,was diagnosed with HIV two years ago and syphilis one year ago.
