Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of trephine resection,combined with medica-tion injection and pulsed dye laser(PDL)for treating keloid.Methods:Ten keloid patients treated with tre-phine resection,combined with medication injection(triamcinolone acetonide 5 mL,5-fluorouracil 0.6 mL,2%lidocaine 1 mL)and PDL in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were analyzed.Results:The clinical therapy and 12 months follow-up of all patients were completed.The keloid on the operated area were flat and soft,the skin color was close to the normal skin,and the pain and itching were relieved or disap-peared.The cure rate and effective rate were 80%and 90%,90%of the patients were satisfied with the treat-ment.Conclusions:The combined treatment of trephine resection with drug injection and PDL is a safe and effective treatment for keloid,with higher patient satisfaction.
