Bullous systemic lupus erythematosus(BSLE)is a unique variant of SLE,characterized by its pathogenesis being notably linked to autoantibodies that target typeⅦcollagen. The disease predominantly im-pacts young women aged between 20 and 40 years. This paper reports a young male diagnosed patient with BSLE who exhibited a suboptimal response to treatments such as glucocorticoids,Janus kinase(JAK)inhibi-tors,immunomodulators,and immunoglobulin therapy. However, the patient experienced a significant im-provement following administration of dapsone.
