Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia:a case report and literature review
Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia is a rare benign neoplastic lesion, which is easily misdiagnosed. We reported a 55-year-old female patient with left occipital scalp neoplasm accompanied by pruritus for more than half a year.Pathological examination of skin lesions showed that the epidermis was gen-erally normal.Dermal vascular endothelial cells proliferated, and the nuclei protruded toward the lumen,in the shape of tombstones.A large number of lymphocytes and eosinophils were infiltrated around the canal.Sur-gical resection was performed.
