摘要

为明确不同注浆设备及工艺在机场场道注浆工程中的应用进展,归纳了现有注浆设备的分类、组成,分析了不同注浆设备的特点,总结了现有注浆工艺,分析了其工艺流程及其机场工程中的应用现状.综合分析现有研究表明,注浆设备及工艺需根据水文地质条件和工程要求来选择,具有特殊地理地质条件的工程,需要对钻机和注浆泵进行改进,以满足符合工程的需要.注浆技术应用于机场工程中大多数采用压密注浆和劈裂注浆的方式,这两种工艺均能很好地解决道面病害问题.

Abstract

In order to clarify the application progress of different grouting equipment and pro-cesses in the airport runway grouting project,we summarize the classification and composition of exist-ing grouting equipment,analyze the characteristics of different grouting equipment,summarize the ex-isting grouting technology and analyze its process and its application status in airport projects.Compre-hensive analysis of existing research shows that the grouting equipment and process need to be selected according to the hydrogeological conditions and engineering requirements and the drilling rig and grout-ing pumps need to be improved to meet the need of special geo-geological conditions of the project.The grouting technology of compaction grouting and splitting grouting is used in most of the airport projects and both grouting processes can be a good solution to the runway surface disease problems.
