The Civil Aviation Law is defined as a legal norm that regulates the social relationships arising from civil aviation activities and this definition should include both narrow and broad aspects.Civil aviation law in the narrow sense only refers to the general term of legal norms named by civil aviation law or by the relevant aviation specialty.In the broad sense,it refers to the general term of the legal norms that regulate the social relations arising from civil aviation activities including the narrow definition of aviation law and the collection of norms that regulate civil aviation legal relations in other legal norms involved in aviation activities.The corresponding civil aviation legal system should also distinguish between narrow and broad definitions.The broad civil aviation legal system includes both the traditional aviation legal system and other major legal norms that regulate civil aviation activities.
