In judicial practice,the courts often have unclear recognition of the nature of ground service contracts and they also adopts a one-size-fits-all approach using the principal-agent rule in the application of law.However,the types of ground services covered by such contracts are diverse and complex,so they should be classified based on commercial practice and then its nature and application rules can be determined separately.According to the different payment quantity,the airport ground ser-vice contracts can be divided into single payment airport ground service contracts and multiple payment airport ground service contracts.The former belongs to single named contracts or pure anonymous con-tracts,while the latter belongs to mixed contract of type combination.Single payment airport ground service contracts apply the rule of single named contracts or anonymous contract;multiple payment airport ground service contracts adopt"combination theory",which decomposes its components to apply the law separately.
