The Beijing Convention,as the latest revised international aviation security convention in the field of civil aviation,contains many new additions compared to previous conventions,especially the regulations on aviation network security.Currently,China is not yet a signatory to the Beijing Convention,but it has entered the domestic ratification process and its enforcement in China is imminent.The current legal provisions for domestic application of international conventions make it difficult to derive a clear path for the application of the Beijing Convention within China.After the Beijing Convention is put into force in China,an adaptive application should be adopted and the new content of the Beijing Convention can be transformed into domestic legislation before it can be applied domestically.
