民航院校的红色基因传承与时代价值——以中飞院首任校长张毅为例

摘要
在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的时代背景下,深入挖掘民航红色历史,诠释红色文化的内涵价值,对于在民航高校中传承党的红色基因,涵养初心使命,培养堪当民族复兴大任的新民航人具有重要意义.本文以中飞院的首任校长张毅为例,基于其生平,主要从他红色基因的孕育及内涵、红色基因的传承等方面进行探究,阐释了传承其红色基因在办学治校、民航学子培育和中国特色世界一流飞行大学建设方面的时代价值.
Abstract
In the context of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country,it is of great significance to deeply explore the history of civil aviation's red cultures and interpret the connotation and value of red cultures.In order to inherit the Party's red genes,cultivate the original aspiration and mission and cultivate new civil aviation personnel who are capable of shouldering the great tasks of national rejuvenation in civil aviation universities.This thesis takes Zhang Yi,the first president of Civil Aviation Flight University of China,as an example.Based on his life,it mainly explores the breeding and connotation of his red genes as well as the inheritance of his red genes.It explains the era value of inheriting his red genes in school management,civil aviation student cultivation and the construction of world-class flight universities with Chinese characteristics.
