摘要
以民航高质量发展指标体系框架(试行)为基础,从空域管理的角度提出空域评估指标体系,结合各项指标计算过程中所需数据源和方法进行说明,基于该指标体系创新性提出空域运行态势分析系统设计,对系统架构、功能设计、实现和应用进行了详细的阐述.
Abstract
Based on the framework of high-quality development indicator system in civil aviation(for trial implementation),the system proposes an airspace assessment indicator system from the per-spective of airspace management.It explains the data sources and methods required for the calculation of various indicators and proposes the design of the airspace operation situation analysis system with detailed description of system architecture,function design,implementation and application.
