摘要
针对通航维修单位在人员培训管理方面面临的人力资源不足、管理效能低下等问题,基于"简道云"+平台零代码轻量级应用搭建技术,构建了一套完整的维修单位人员培训管理系统,满足维修单位符合规章、提升内部培训能力的实际需求,进一步提升维修人员培训实际效果,为智慧通航建设提供了新的思路并具有一定示范作用.
Abstract
To address the issues of insufficient human resources and low management efficiency faced by general aviation maintenance units in personnel training management,a complete personnel training management system for maintenance units is built based on the"Jiandanyun"+platform's zero-code lightweight application construction technology.This system meets the actual needs of maintenance units to comply with regulations and enhance internal training capabilities,further improv-ing the actual effects of personnel training.It provides a new approach for the construction of smart civil aviation for general aviation maintenance units and has a certain demonstrative effect.
