摘要

机场鸟击防范是一项跨领域、多学科、长期而复杂的系统工程,由于涉及许多基础性研究以及工程技术应用难题,鸟击防范仍是机场航空安全领域的难题,目前人工驱鸟存在偶然性强、准确率低、处置滞后等问题.本文通过对传统驱鸟手段难以满足机场安全运行的现状分析,结合对欧美和国内机场对探鸟雷达应用情况和调研测试结果,提出基于探鸟雷达的新型机场鸟击防范信息化系统建设构想.

Abstract

Airport bird strike prevention is a cross-domain,multi-disciplinary,long-term and complex system engineering.Due to many basic research and engineering technology application problems,bird strike prevention is still a problem in the field of airport aviation safety.At present,there are some problems in traditional bird dispelling such as strong chance,low accuracy and lagging handling.This article analyzes the current situation that traditional bird repelling methods are difficult to meet the safe operation of airports.Then it discusses the research and testing results of bird detection radars at European,American and domestic airports.Finally,it proposes a conception of constructing a new airport bird strike prevention information system based on bird detection radar.
