摘要
针对商照阶段飞行训练的特点,构建了胜任力评估矩阵的飞行员技能评估方案,以实现按照胜任力的要求来管理、筛选学员.第一步设计训练评估工作单,采用典型科目的观测项和评分标准构建测量向量;其次根据科目观测项-可观察行为(OB)间的映射关系构建胜任力评估矩阵,利用矩阵范数得到 OB 展现数量和频度的公式;采用随机森林多分类算法得到阈值,最后借鉴VENN准则思想,构建基于OB频度和数量的胜任力评级模型.结合商照实践考核阶段的具体学员样本来进行实证研究,验证所设计方案有效性.
Abstract
In response to the characteristics of flight training during the commercial pilot license(CPL)stage,a pilot skill assessment scheme based on competency evaluation matrix is constructed to manage and select student pilots.The first step involves designing a training assessment worksheet and constructing measurement vectors by using observational items and scoring standards from typical subjects;The next step involves building the competency evacuation matrix based on the mapping relationship between subject observational items and observable behaviors(OB)and utilizing the matrix norms to derive formulas for the quantity and frequency of OB displays and adopting the random forest multi-classification algorithm to determine the threshold value.The last step is drawing on the concept of the VENN criteria and constructing a competency rating model based on the frequency and quantity of OBs.Combined with specific trainee samples from the practical assessment stage of commercial pilot license,the empirical research is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the designed scheme.
