Air carriers must provide timely and adequate medical assistance in the event of a medical emergency.The carrier's obligations of medical assistance shall include the obligation to inform passengers who are not suitable for the flight,the obligation to provide medical equipment,the obligation to search for a doctor on board the passenger,the obligation to take emergency assistance measures and the obligation to make emergency diversions.The performance of the carrier's medical assistance obligation should have certain limits.Medical assistance does not require the effectiveness of the result.The judgment of the carrier's assistance obligation should be limited by the general level of the industry and the carrier should respect the passenger's decision to take risks.
