摘要
本场训练是飞行员提高手动操纵飞机能力的重要手段,对飞行员技术提高意义重大.航空公司本场训练不安全事件相对高发,对中国民航飞行安全构成威胁.不安全事件的发生是由于训练机场飞得少、起落科目飞得少、教员教学经验少、机组相互了解少等原因引起.本场训练不安全事件高发需要从运行风险防控、规章制度落实、教员队伍建设、安全监管跟进四方面共同发力予以解决.
Abstract
The local training is a crucial means for pilots to enhance their ability to manually op-erate an aircraft,which is of great significance to improve pilots'skills.Incidents during airline local training occur relatively frequently,posing a threat to the flight safety of China's civil aviation.These incidents are primarily caused by the lack of local training flights,the infrequent practice of traffic pattern,the insufficient teaching experience of instructors and the lack of mutual understanding between crew members.The high incidence of local training incidents needs to be solved by joint efforts in four aspects:operational risk analysis,implementation of rules and regulations,instructor team construction,and follow-up safety supervision.
