When the airworthiness of a Technical Standard Order(CTSO)product is certified,the applicant is required to provide evidence that the product meets the requirement of the CTSO.Based on airworthiness certification process of China Civil Technical Standard Order Authorization Certification Procedures(AP-21-AA-2020-12)and actual review experience,this paper introduces the basic compo-sition of the compliance matrix for CTSO product applicants,aiming at the shortcomings of applying the conformity matrix to show the conformity between CTSO and the minimum performance standard requirement and proposes the recommended form of the conformity matrix of the product in the confir-mation stage of the certification plan and the final comprehensive review stage,which provides a refer-ence for the work of CTSO product airworthiness certification to show the conformity.
