To improve the quality and efficiency of flight training operations,the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China has established a relatively complete MOAS system.This article analyzes the functions and roles of the three major components of the MOAS platform:information management,security management and operational management.It discusses in detail how to use the MOAS platform in daily flight instructions and operation,its effectiveness,and current challenges.Based on this,it pro-poses future directions for using the MOAS platform to improve training efficiency,including building a full life cycle management system that closely follows PLM pilot skills,refining examination subjects,scientifically developing training subjects and plans and optimizing assessment mechanisms etc.
