Aircraft engine fluid leakage may result in flight accidents such as engine shutdown and engine fire,which seriously impacts flight safety.This article analyzes and summarizes the root causes of typical cases of engine fluid leakage and proposes a lean management plan implemented in the QEC assembly process of aircraft engines,aiming to effectively curtail the probability of engine fluid leakage events and enhance the safety and reliability level of aircraft engines.
