功能性训练对提升航空安全员初训学员专项体能的影响

针对航空安全员体能训练需求,研究制定功能性训练方案,并验证功能性训练对航空安全员初训学员体能提升效果,为构建航空安全员功能性训练体系提供参考依据.采用实验法,将72名航空安全员初训学员随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组在传统体能训练中加入功能性训练,对照组进行传统体能训练,每周进行2次训练,每次训练90 min,实验周期为8周.实验结果表明:功能性训练前,两组60s仰卧收腹举腿、立定三级蛙跳、30 s杠铃硬拉(90 kg)、3 000 m跑差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).功能性训练后,实验组和对照组60 s仰卧收腹举腿、立定三级蛙跳、30 s杠铃硬拉(90 kg)成绩均提高,与实验前差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).功能性训练后,实验组60s仰卧收腹举腿、立定三级蛙跳成绩明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组在30 s杠铃硬拉(90 kg)、3 000 m跑成绩的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).可见,功能性训练相对于传统体能训练能提高航空安全员初训学员60 s仰卧收腹举腿、立定三级蛙跳成绩,提高30 s杠铃硬拉(90 kg)动作质量,8周核心力量训练还不足以对航空安全员初训学员3 000m跑产生显著影响.
Effect of Functional Training on Improving Special Physical Fitness of Aviation Safety Trainees
This study aims to establish a functional training program to meet the physical training needs of aviation safety personnel and verify the effect of this program on the physical improvement of aviation safety personnel during their initial training,thereby providing a reference for the construction of a functional training system for aviation safety personnel.By employing an experimental method,72 aviation safety officer trainees were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group received functional training in addition to traditional physical training,while the control group underwent traditional physical training twice a week for 90 minutes each time.The experimental period lasted for 8 weeks.The experimental results demonstrated that prior to functional training,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in terms of 60 seconds of supine abdominal compression and leg lifting,standing triple frog jumping,30 seconds of barbell hard pulling(90 kg),and 3000-meter running.After functional training,both the experimental group and the control group exhibited significant improvements in their performance in 60 seconds of supine abdominal compression and leg lifting,standing triple frog jumping,and 30 seconds of barbell hard pull(90 kg),with statistical significance(P<0.05)compared to before the experiment.After func-tional training,the experimental group showed significantly higher results in the three-level frog jump of supine abdominal compression,leg lifting,and standing at 60 seconds compared to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of barbell hard pull(90 kg)and 3000-meter running results at 30 seconds(P>0.05).It can be seen that functional training,compared to tra-ditional physical training,can improve the performance of aviation safety officer trainees in the 3-second supine,abdominal,leg raising,and standing triple breast jump,and enhance the quality of the 30-second barbell hard pull(90 kg)movement.However,8 weeks of core strength training is not sufficient to have a significant impact on the 3000-meter running of aviation safety officer trainees.
