First,an index system for safety risk assessment of public air transport enterprises is established and the analytic hierarchy process is employed to assign weights to each index.Then,a safety risk assessment model for public air transport enterprises based on the cloud model is constructed to determine the enterprise risk level.Finally,the application of evaluation results in enterprise safety management is explored to improve its efficiency.The example analysis indicates that the risk assess-ment model can scientifically and accurately evaluate the operation safety risk of public air transport enterprises and its assessment results can be well applied in the safety management of enterprises.
